Senior Center Trips

For more detailed information on any of the trips below (including itineraries and meal choices), click on a flyer below, or stop by the Senior Center to pick up a printed copy. 

All trips must be paid in full, unless otherwise noted. Please refer to the specific cancellation information noted with each trip. If you cancel after the cancellation date, we will only be able to refund you if a replacement can be found. 

If you have not participated in Senior Center activities before, you must fill out an emergency contact form before signing up for the trip. Forms are available at the Senior Center and online.

Please note that for any trips provided through Best of Times Travel, you must sign up online via Best of Times' "We Travel" portal. Links to sign up for each trip are below. If you need assistance signing up, we can help. Stop by the Senior Center or call us at 617-846-8538.

Day Trips and Shows

Trip includes:
  • Luxury, air-conditioned, restroom equipped motor-coach transportation
  • Brunch and show at the Barn at Wight Farm in Sturbridge, MA
  • All taxes and gratuities for feature items, except bus driver gratuity
Cancellation policy: refunds will not be given if you cancel within 21 days of the trip unless a replacement can be found.  *If you have not participated in Senior Center activities before, you must fill out an emergency contact form before signing up for the trip. Overnight and Extended Stay Trips

Optional trip cancellation insurance is available for $39 per person. Payment due at sign up. Make trip insurance check payable to "The Travel Group, Inc."

CASINO TRIPS

For casino trips, you can sign up at the front desk of the Senior Center. Payment is accepted in cash, or checks made payable to the: Friends of the WCOA. 

Casino trip cancellation policy: cancellations within 14 days of a trip will only be refunded if we are able to find a replacement for you.
