Municipal Parking Lots
Municipal lots have a two-hour limit from 7 am to 5 pm. Illegally parked vehicles beyond the two-hour limit will be subject to a fine and/or towed.

Municipal Parking Lots: Resident Sticker Program
From 1 am to 5 am, all vehicles must have and properly display a valid resident permit or a valid visitor pass. Illegally parked vehicles may be issued a fine and/or may be subject to tow.
Municipal Parking Lots: Parking Snow Ban In Effect
When a snow ban is effective, municipal parking lots can be used by residents and visitors of Winthrop. Vehicles must be removed from those lots by 7 am after that snow event so Public Works may clean the lot, sand, and/or remove snow. Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to a fine and/or towed.
