The Town of Winthrop's Department of Public Works provides a wide range of essential services vital to the quality of life in the Town. These include the maintenance of streets, sidewalks, trees, signs, cemeteries, sewers, water distribution systems, storm drains, and public grounds. Services also include the oversight of the curbside trash and recycling contract and assistance with the needs of other Town departments. What we do affects public health and safety.
